Overseas Recruitment

Our expertise in recruiting lies in all the fields of major engineering science & service industry sectors. We maintain an online database of bio-data pools for prospective candidates to respond to the immediate needs of our clients. In addition, according to the requirements of the clients, we source the right manpower through advertisements and our own contacts with industries, builders and various technical schools and vocational training centers. It has been our endeavor to always recruit manpower from identical or similar fields of work as specified by our clients. Subject to availability of all necessary documents, we can recruit and dispatch 500 (five hundred) workers per week.

Our Work in Libya:

We have worked with Kobe Steel, Ltd., a highly reputed Japanese Steel manufacturing company who worked in Libya for its client; Libyan Iron and Steel Company (LISCO) for construction of its mammoth Steel Mill near the city of Misurata, Libya. It was a turn key project for Kobe Steel. Ltd. and we were involved in all phases of site development, construction, commissioning, operation and handing over of the project ranging over a period of long 14 years. Kobe Steel was involved in construction and commissioning of Furnaces, Cold and Hot Rolling Mills, Desalination-plants, Powerhouses, Central Water Supply Systems, Supervisory Control Plant etc. Our prime responsibilities were Logistic Support, Deployment Management, Human Resource Recruitment and Supply, Camp Management etc. We successfully started this work in mid of 1981 and completed during mid of 1994.

Besides, of late (2010-2011) we worked with an Italian Company called Tecnomontaggi Srl in the same project of LISCO supplying skilled workers for a new rolling mill.
Before the Libyan civil war we also worked with a Libyan company called al Maden al Jadida for their construction projects in various places of Libya.

Our Work in Malaysia:

Since 1992 the Malaysian government has permitted recruitment of workers from Bangladesh. The employment of Bangladeshi workers were permitted in the plantation, garments, electronics, machine tools & engineering and construction sectors. M/s. FOURZEES has recruited skilled and semi-skilled workers for many reputed Malaysian employers over the years for various industries including for projects related to Petronas.

Apart from recruiting workers from Bangladesh, we also ensured our support and assistance to the employers during the post employment period. Based on the nature of the projects and volume, our own staff members are deployed from time to time to assist the agents to extend necessary assistance to both employers and workers. In this way our representatives help to solve problems which sometimes arise in connection with lodging, food, communication etc. and ensure optimum performance of the workers.

Our work in Saudi Arabia:

We started our work in Saudi Arabia with ARAMCO in early eighties and subsequently worked with many others reputed companies like Sabola Vegetable Oil, Haluani Bros., Abdullah & Nasser Al Sorayai Carpet Factory, Al Manee Trading & Industrial Corporation , Saudi National Metal & Casting Industries, Ahmed Al-Rabie Construction Est., ABB Saudi Arabia, ThyssenKrupp Saudi Arabia, etc.

Our work in UAE:

We worked with many companies in UAE mainly through local agents such asNasser General Services EST, Abu Dhabi, Al Tamani General Services, Abu Dhabi and Mammoth General Services, Dubai. Some of the companies we supplied to are Al Hamed Construction Co. and Gyathi Construction Co. Etc.

Our work in Qatar:

We started work in Qatar with KEMCO Electro Mechanical Co. as their recruitment sourcing company and deployment partner for their various strategic projects. In addition to addressing KEMCO’S own manpower needs, jointly with KEMCO we extended our recruitment expertise to many other reputed companies like Qatar Construction, Crooz Construction, Bojamhoor Mechanical, Aswan Trading, BMC Qatar etc. In addition to sourcing of Bangladeshi workers for the Qatar market, our work included the sourcing and supply of workers from Sri Lanka and Nepal.

Work in other countries:

We have also worked in Brunei, Singapore, Mauritius, Maldives and Iraq supplying large number of construction workers of various categories.
